Online Meditation Sessions
Looking to relax, de-stress or bring more focus, presence and joy into your life? Have you tried meditation and felt frustrated or unmotivated and stopped? Or do you currently have a meditation practice which you would like to deepen?
I'd like to help you see that meditation IS for you and guide you towards experiencing the joy of inner calm and peace for yourself. Based on your experience and goals, we'll establish a practice that is a combination of the right breathing exercises and meditation technique for you. We will also incorporate some physical yoga postures if necessary. Although it varies with each individual, this process usually takes at least 4-6 sessions.

During this first session, we will discuss your experience/needs/goals, then you will go through a guided meditation session with me, following which we will decide on the best plan and package for you. I lived a "normal" professional life, balancing my job and my personal life, finding time to hit the gym, cooking as much as I could, making time for my hobbies and doing all the "right" things. Still, I felt unsatisfied and had a general feeling that things could be better. It wasn't until many years into my professional career that I paused, focused and reoriented my life towards a more vibrant and meaningfulone.
I am often asked about how I made the dramatic shifts in my life. I share my story as a source of inspiration, but there are many ways to get there and what it takes to make it happen is a strong intention, patience and trust.
I am here to help you:

- uncover and overcome limiting thinking and behaviour patterns that are keeping you from building a life around those things,
- setup and maintain a healthy lifestyle and
- live your best life, the one waiting for you.
I use a combination of art therapy, mindfulness techniques and coaching techniques to work with you, and when needed, provide nutrition guidance as well.
In this first 1-hour coaching session, we will make sure I am the right person to help you, decide on the goals we would be working on together and create a plan for you according to your goals (4-, 6- and 8-session coaching packages are available).
