Online Meditation Sessions
Looking to relax, de-stress or bring more focus, presence and joy into your life? Have you tried meditation and felt frustrated or unmotivated and stopped? Or do you currently have a meditation practice which you would like to deepen?
I'd like to help you see that meditation IS for you and guide you towards experiencing the joy of inner calm and peace for yourself. Based on your experience and goals, we'll establish a practice that is a combination of the right breathing exercises and meditation technique for you. We will also incorporate some physical yoga postures if necessary. Although it varies with each individual, this process usually takes at least 4-6 sessions.

I will get back to you to schedule the session. During this first session, we will discuss your experience/needs/goals, then you will go through a guided meditation session with me, following which we will decide on the best plan and package for you.
