I've designed this workshop to help you reconnect to your true Self. I tailor your personal journey with the knowledge I have gained along my own journey in yoga, meditation, movement, music, theatre, art therapy and writing. In this experience, you will open pathways to:
We’ll journey inward and connect to ourselves through the gifts we’ve all been given--our bodies, voices and emotions--using a simple 6 step process. You don’t have to be an artist or a performer because it is not by mistake or without purpose that we’ve ALL been given these gifts. They all hold immense power to help us reconnect with our essence and flow effortlessly from there. You'll be guided and supported throughout the journey in a safe space.

We’ll journey inward and connect to ourselves through the gifts we’ve all been given--our bodies, voices and emotions--using a simple 6 step process. - Stop - To pause in life is often difficult. We'll begin by walking and slowly move towards stillness.
- Breathe - In stillness, we'll slowly journey inwards towards focusing on our breath.
- Listen (Voice) - With a basic understanding of Nada Yoga, or the Yoga of Sound, you'll appreciate the power of your voice to bring peace and calm. You'll then listen to a traditional Indian instrument as well as the sound of your own voice to deepen the feeling.
- Move (Body) - Through walking and yoga postures, you'll start to appreciate the mind-body connection. Then we'll understand how it is possible to expand the sense of self in the mind through expanding the range of movement in the body. We'll use Gabrielle Roth's 5 Rhythms to experience this. Then we'll express our authentic selves through Authentic Movement to accept where we're at right now and move from there.
- Feel (Emotions) - Our emotions will become our friends rather than forces we either suppress or avoid. We'll use what we have activated in the last two parts, our bodies and our voices, to journey inwards to our basic emotions and understand how we can develop a better relationship with them in order to best utilise them in our daily lives.
- Connect - Through guided meditation and journalling, we'll capture the insights received in the experience. We'll consciously use eye contact, safe touch and silence to connect to each other from the space of stillness and awareness of Self.
